An event offshoot of Armin van Buuren’s legendary trance radio show, A State of Trance is reportedly making its way to Thailand in 2018.

A State of Trance 850 looks set to arrive in Thailand next December, a source told AsiaLive365. The show would follow the previously announced stops in Utrecht, Netherlands andΒ Gliwice, Poland, which will take place in February and May under the theme Be In The Moment.

No word yet of the lineup and location, but you can expect the maestro Armin van Buuren himself to take charge. For now, check out the lineup of the Utrecht edition and make a wishlist.

Once confirmed, Thailand will be the fourth country in Asia after Malaysia, Indonesia and India to host A State of Trance concept.

A State of Trance, or ASOT, is a weekly radio show hosted by Armin van Buuren and fellow trance hero Ruben de Ronde. Since hitting the airwaves in 2001, it has amassed fans worldwide and branched out into a recurring tour around the world, including its own stage at major festivals like Tomorrowland, Ultra Miami and Creamfields.

The first live events ever held were ASOT 400 parties in Wuppertal, Birmingham and Rotterdam to celebrate the 400th episode milestone of the radio show.

2018 looks like another busy year for Thailand’s dance community, with international brands like Don’t Let Daddy Know and TransmissionΒ already locking dates in February and March.
