Irish pop group Boyzone have added Kuala Lumpur to their farewell world tour.

As part of the BZ25 Tour celebrating their 25th anniversary, the boys are performing for Malaysian fans for the first – and last – time on Friday, August 25 at Axiata Arena

The show is organised by local promoter Starplanet and no doubt will be packed with nostalgia and hits like “Love Me For A Reason”, “Baby Can I Hold You”, “No Matter What”, “Words” and “Picture of You”.

Tickets will be on sale via Star Planet next Friday, June 15, going at RM198 / 288 / 378 / 468 / 568 (VIP) / 688 (VVIP).

Beside Kuala Lumpur, Boyzone will be making a stopover in Bandung (Aug 18), Jogjakarta (Prambanan Jazz Festival on Aug 19), Singapore (Aug 21) and Surabaya (Aug 23).

Formed in 1993, Boyzone consist of Ronan Keating together with Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham and Shane Lynch. The band rose to prominence with the 1994 cover of The Osmonds’ “Love Me For A Reason”. The popularity of the multi-award winning boy band continued to grow with chart-topping singles and albums and multiple wins from BRIT Awards and Europe Music Awards.

To celebrate their 25th anniversary, the band will be be touring together for the last time across the UK, Asia, Australia and Europe throughout the summer and release a new album in September.
