It’s time for you to recount allΒ your 90’s pop favourites as two of Ireland’s biggest boy blast from the past like Boyzone and Westlife are touring the UK together this autumn.

Members of Boyzone and Westlife are forming a supergroup called Boyzlife (naturally) and heading to perform in twelve venues across the UK, starting this October 16 in London at the Hilton Bankside.

Note that we said “members” and these only include Westlife’s Brian McFadden andΒ Boyzone’s Keith Duffy for now. But not to worry the fans who’ve been hoping to see all the “boys” on stage together again, McFadden toldΒ The Sun: “We all had a chat. We said it would be amazing. Not even just performing together, but can you imagine the craic? Nine of us Irish lads on a tour bus together, going round the world together. It would be absolutely carnage. Right now this is about me and Keith but the door is always open.”

Brian McFadden originally left Westlife (and broke thousands of hearts) in 2004 while the band went on with the other four members – Nicky Byrne, Kian Egan, Mark Feehily, and Shane Filan – until the split in 2012. They were managed by famousΒ X Factor judge Louis Walsh. Still one of the biggest boy bands in the world, Westlife have sold over 50 million records worldwide.
Keith Duffy is 1/5 of Boyzone. He and bandmates Stephen Gately, Mikey Graham, Ronan Keating, and Shane Lynch were active from 1993–2000 and when they reformed in 2008. In 1993, they were put together by Louis Walsh. They are also planning to release a new studio album in 2017 and embark on a 25th anniversary tour in 2018.

Boyzone and Westlife once performed together to honour Steven Gately.
