After almost two years of longing, Chvrches fans can finally rejoice as the Scottish synth-pop band will finally make their debut in Thailand.

Chvrches will be performing on September 3 at BITEC Bangna Hall for Tiger Jams’ “Center Stage” alongside local indie rockers Polycat, Somkiat, Jelly Rocket, as well as rising artists Monkey Business, Mirrr and 23’0.

Parisian producer Breakbot returns to Bangkok this August

The announcement came after Fungjai, one of the organisers, shared the poster of the event on Facebook.

If you look closely enough, the blurred-out text at the centre of the poster, just below the name of the concert, most likely reads “Chvrches”.

With early bird tickets set at only THB700, there is really no reason for missing this highly anticipated event. Regular admission tickets are at THB1,000 and 1,500 at door. Click here to purchase.

Chvurches was set to perform in Bangkok back in November 2014 but their hotly-anticipated visit was cancelled, and fans never got a chance to witness the band play live.

With hit numbers like “The Mother We Share”, “Bury It” and “Leave a Trace”, the trio have been nominated for NME Awards and Brit Awards for Best New Band and British Breakthrough Act.

Tiger Jams is Thai music streaming service Fungjai and Tiger Beer’s music cooperation.
