One of UK’s premier music festivals is coming over to Thailand later this year at an unspecified date.

In unexpected news this week, Creamfields Thailand was quietly announced via their newly opened social media channels.

The festival, considered one of the UK’s premier electronic music events, made an announcement on Monday with the words ‘Coming Soon’.

The post also had coordinates which pinpoints to a location in Pattaya.

Founded in 1998 by British club promoter Cream in Winchester, Creamfields began as a one-day event. Later years saw the event expand to four days and over 70,000 attendees.

The UK festival usually takes place on the August Bank Holiday weekend. Last year’s edition included prominent DJs David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Carl Cox, Eric Prydz, Adam Beyer, Tiesto and Laidback Luke.

This year will see the festival celebrate its 25th anniversary. Expect more details to be revealed soon including artist lineup.
