This crush ain’t going away, peeps. David Archuleta is coming back to the Philippines after five years!

Thanks to Ovation Productions, the pop singer-songwriter and American Idol runner-up will be performing at the KIA Theatre Manila on Friday, October 20 in support of his new EPΒ Leo which dropped on August 25.

Tickets, priced at PHP1,750 / 2,750 and 3,750, will be on sale throughΒ TicketNet.com.phΒ and its brick-and-mortar outlets starting September 8.

David Archuleta rose to fame at the age of 16 when he finished second on the seventh season ofΒ American Idol. Right after the competition, he released debut single “Crush” on Jive Records. The singleΒ debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and remained one of his best known tracks, along with “A Little Too Not Over You” andΒ “Something About Love”.

Archuleta is megastar in the Philippines, having performed in the country several times in the past, his last trip being 2012. He also released his fourth album, Forevermore, exclusively hereΒ andΒ starred in Filipino TV series calledΒ Nandito Ako.
