American EDM DJ Diplo works as a farmhand and invites singer-songwriter Noah Cyrus in his new music video for ‘On Mine’ which is taken from his country album Diplo Presents Thomas Wesley Chapter 1: Snake Oil.

The music video, which premiered on YouTube on Wednesday, July 8, features Diplo tending to the farm and taking care of horses while Noah Cyrus sings about what it’s like to fall in love and “put your lips on mine”. They hang out throughout the vid and end up dancing together for a ‘yeehaw’ good time.

The video was directed by Brandon Dermer, who directed all of the music videos from Diplo’s country album. It was shot at Far West Farms in Calabasas, California where Cyrus rode horses growing up.

The song, along with Diplo’s latest album which was released in late May, strays away from the DJ’s usual EDM party sounds in favor of country pop. The DJ also used a moniker, Thomas Wesley, to signal the change in sound direction.

The album features numerous collaborating country music artists such as Orville Peck, Cam, Morgan Wallen, Thomas Rhett, Blanco Brown, Zac Brown, Danielle Bradbery, as well as pop rock band Jonas Brothers and rappers Clever and Young Thug.
