Rejoice, indie lovers, Amelia Murray, known to most as Fazerdaze, is making her way here.
The Auckland dream pop singer is confirmed to be performing in Kuala Lumpur (Selangor) and Jakarta, at Bentley Music Auditorium on Thursday, October 19 and at Rossi Musik Fatmawati on Saturday, October 21, respectively.

Organised by Soundscape Records, the Malaysia gig will opened by local experimental band Pastel Lite. Get your ticket now through Peatix. Advance price goes at RM90 and 400 for a group of four. At door price is RM110.
The Jakarta show is brought to you by Studiorama, Noisewhore, and 630 Recordings. Tickets are IDR250,000, now available through Goers App.

Amelia Murray has been making waves online with her soothing bedroom dream pop sound. Her EP Fazerdaze (2015) and debut album Morningside (2017), featuring streaming faves “Lucky Girl” and “Little Uneasy”, are praised by music critics and predecessors alike (most notably rock icon Iggy Pop). By the time the latter was released, she had already opened for bands like Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Explosions in the Sky.

Update (Sep 12): According to the Asia tour poster released today, Fazerdaze will also play in Singapore for the first time on Friday, October 20 at Decline.
The show is a collaborative effort between Songs for Children and Other Sounds. Early tickets are now available for SGD35 through Peatix. The price will go up to SGD40 in the next phase.
