American metalcore band Miss May I are embarking on their first ever Asia Tour, which brings through China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Bangladesh, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.
In support of their latest album Shadows Inside, which was released in June this year, Miss May I will be performing in Kuching for the first time on Friday, December 1 at Blackbox, Borneo 744. Local acts As Our Throne, Trophy Knives and more are confirmed to support.
Tickets are RM88, available through Peatix. The price goes up to RM108 at door.
Formed in 2007 in Troy, Ohio, Miss May I are Levi Benton, B.J. Stead, Ryan Neff, Justin Aufdemkampe and Jerod Boyd. In 2008, Miss May I released their debut album Apologies Are for the Weak through Rise Records while the members were still attending high school. The album reached 76 on the Billboard 200, No. 29 on Billboard‘s Top Heatseekers, and No. 66 on Top Independent Albums.
