Radwimps 2017 Asia Live Tour in Singapore

One of Japan’s biggest bands is coming back to Singapore as part of their 2017 Asia Tour! Radwimps will be performing for one night on June 4, at the Megabox Event Hall @ Big Box.

Radwimps are Yojiro Noda, Akira Kuwahara, Yusuke Takeda and Satoshi Yamaguchi. The band debuted independently in 2003 and later on major label Toshiba EMI in 2005. The band’s name was formed from two English language slang terms, rad and wimp. According to the band, the coined word had several meanings, including “excellent weakling” and “superlative coward.” They achieved great commercial success in 2006 with their album Radwimps 4: Okazu no Gohan, and are best known for their later singles “Order Made” (2008) and “Dada” (2011), both of which hit number one on Oricon’s single charts. Catch them perform all of these best hits, including songs from the blockbuster animated movie, Kimi no Na Wa.

The concert is organised by SOZO.
