Thailand’s famed 808 Festival today revealed the first wave of performers set for its 2017 edition.
808 Festival is returning to Bangkok after last year’s last-minute relocation to Pattaya, taking place on Saturday-Sunday, December 9-10 at Oasis Arena @ Show DC.
The lineup features UK progressive trance titans Above & Beyond, Chicago producer Flosstradamus, psytrance duo Vini Vici, LA-based trap whiz Ghastly, Ultra-approved South Korean talent Justin Oh, and Kayzo, who’ll be bringing a taste of hardstyle to the mix.
More names will be announced in the coming weeks. Fans can look no further than the lineup of neighbouring December festivals like Djarkata Warehouse Project and ZoukOut Singapore to make predictions. These three shave a history of sharing lineup artists.
Tickets to 808 Festival 2017 are now available here for THB2,654 and THB15,659 for a group of six. Decide now before the prices go up in the next phase.
Update (Nov 6): Phase two lineup additions are Belgian rising star Amelie Lens, up-and-comers Boombox Cartel, and “heaven trap” producers Slander.
Update (Nov 8): Axtone founding father Axwell and Australian house producer Timmy Trumpet have been added to the lineup.
