Following his successful European and North American tours, Joe Satriani is set to bring hisΒ Surfing to Shockwave 2017 Tour to Asia.
LAMC Productions announced today they’re proud to welcome back the worldβs most commercially successful solo guitar performer to Singapore for a one-nigh-only concert on February 21, 2017 at Kallang Theatre.

This tour will celebrate Joe Satriani’s thirty-year career including music from his first solo album, Not of this Earth, through his latest and fifteenth solo album, Shockwave Supernova.
The tour promises to be a highlight for any SatrianiΒ fan. Of course, the set list will contain fan favourites, but the legendary guitarist also promises to include some gems, pulled from the “Satriani Songbook” which may not have ever been performed live, or in some cases, for a very long time.

Songs such as βBig Bad Moonβ, βFriendsβ, βCrystal Planetβ, βNot Of This Earthβ, βLuminous Flesh Giantsβ and βIf I Could Flyβ have been confirmed as part of the set list.
Recently Joe attended the 11th Annual Classic Rock Roll of Honour Award ceremony in London where Joe took home the award for βThe Maestroβ and was honoured to present Brian May of Queen with the βLiving Legendsβ award as well.

Joeβs touring band remains Marco Minnemann (Steven Wilson/Aristocrats) on drums, Bryan Beller (Dethklok/Aristocrats) on bass and Mike Keneally (Steve Vai/Dethklok) on keys and guitar.
