Out now via Protocol Recordings, labelmates Marc Benjamin and Timmo Hendriks enlist the help of Italian duo VY.DA and singer-songwriter Alessia Labate for big-room banger ‘Hold Me Down’.
Featuring bouncy drops, epic melodies and Alessia Labate’s otherworldly vocals, ‘Hold Me Down’ is the latest hit from veteran producers Marc Benjamin and Timmo Hendriks.
The new festival mainstage hit was produced in collaboration with Italian duo VY.DA, best known for their track ‘Wasted Love’ with Matt Nash as well as the 2021 progressive anthem, ‘Take Me’.
‘Hold Me Down’ isn’t the first time Marc Benjamin and Timmo Hendriks worked together, as they teamed up for their successful hit, ‘Be Alright’.
Benjamin’s partnership continues a string of popular tunes with renowned collaborators including Laidback Luke (‘We’re Forever’ and ‘Tell Me That You Love Me’), Benny Benassi (‘Who I Am’), and Yves V (‘Blow Me’).
Hendriks, who debuted in Protocol Recordings with 2018’s ‘In My Head’, has kept the release momentum up with standout tracks including 2020’s ‘Keep Me Close’ with Dash Berlin, and more recently, ‘Into the Light’ with Nicky Romero earlier this year.
