Soul sensation Raveena whoβs taken her approach on singing based purely from emotions will debut her full-length album, Lucid in Malaysia (March 8) and Singapore (March 10).
With Lucid, Raveena explores culture bending and her expression of self through her conceptual vocals inspired by artists like Sade, Corrine Bailey Rae, Minnie Riperton and Asha Puthli. The album Lucid was βnot all butterflies and self-loveβ, but explores the broken point in her relationship β from attraction and love to betrayal and loving again.
The highly creative, dynamic and spiritual artist said she is always involved in every aspect of the process, from producing to songwriting. Despite the process being exhausting, itβs essential for her to be part of it to create a balance between new narratives and her Indian roots.
