On Wednesday afternoon (June 3), singer-songwriter Ali Lacey (Novo Amor) took to social media to announce the rescheduling of his Asia Tour.
The first announcement came with a new set of dates for the initially postponed China leg of his tour, which is now set to take place from June 11-25, 2021.
The music artist also promised announcements regarding other shows as well as more Asia dates to be added.

June 2021. The already postponed China tour dates have now been rescheduled for next year with the addition of some extra cities. Tickets are on sale this Friday June 5th. Link in bio. All tickets for the previous dates will be refunded at the point of purchase. Announcements regarding other outstanding shows will follow soon. More dates around Asia also to be added. Due to COVID-19, this is the second rescheduling of Lacey’s Asia Tour, which was initially meant to have taken place in March this year, before being postponed to July and August, and now to the following year.
On Thursday afternoon, the Esplanade’s Mosaic Music Series Team announced that Lacey’s tour dates in Singapore would be cancelled.
Their statement below:
“Regrettably, Novo Amor’s performances on 28 & 29 Jul 2020 at Esplanade Annexe Studio have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) situation. All patrons will be refunded. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Novo Amor looks forward to meeting audiences in Singapore soon.”

The dates, initially meant to have been on March 5-6, were then postponed to July 28-29, before being entirely cancelled today.
At this moment, due to conflicting information, it is unclear if Singapore will indeed get another set of rescheduled tour dates.
We can only hope and pray to see Novo Amor really soon in Singapore – whoever brings him in!
