Steve Aoki debuts his dark house/techno project Ninja Attack with new single, ‘Aurora’, out now via MDLBEAST Records.
Featuring driving basslines and minimal dark melodies, Steve Aoki’s new single ‘Aurora’ shows a grittier and deeper side of the renowned producer that is a departure from his usual EDM sound.
The single is launched under his new alias/project, Ninja Attack.
Perfect for DJ sets within the underground house and techno scene, the leftfield track is a part of label MDLBEAST’s forthcomingΒ SOUNDSTORM Vol. 1 compilation album.
The album will feature previously released singles including Salvatore Ganacci’s ‘Fight Dirty’, Cosmicat’s ‘Toxic Romance’, Butch’s ‘Testarossa’Β andΒ R3HAB,Β SkytechΒ &Β Fafaq’s ‘Sorry I Missed Your Call’.
Steve Aoki enjoys a career spanning over seven studio albums and numerous collaborations including the likes of Lil Uzi Vert, Maluma, BTS, Linkin Park, Louis Tomlinson, among others.
The Grammy-nominated DJ recently launched his Latin music imprint, Dim Mak En Fuego, continuing his goal in expanding his versatile sound as well as breaking down cultural boundaries.
His debut on MDLBEAST Records follows his continuing partnership with the Middle Eastern label after performing at their Riyadh-based SOUNDSTORM music festival in 2019.
