Super Show 7 comes in support of Super Junior’s eight album, Play, released in November. It also marks their seventh headlining tour and fourth world tour in their 13-year career.
Seven members – Leetuek, Heechul, Eunhyuk, Yesung, Shindong, Siwon and Donghae – are confirmed by SM Entertainment to perform. The other two, Ryeowook and Kyuhyun, are currently completing their mandatory military service.
The tour will kick off in Seoul with three shows from December 15-17 at Jamsil Gymnasium. Tickets were reportedly sold out in minutes. It’s likely the group will announce their usual overseas stops, including Japan and China, in the coming days.
Before bringing a full-on tour to Singapore, Super Junior are scheduled to perform at K-Wave Music Festival 2 in Kuala Lumpur on January 13. There they’ll be joined by Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon, Mamamoo, A.C.E, Halo, Tahiti and NU’EST W.
