The Weeknd backs out from supporting Rihanna in the European leg of the Anti World Tour.
Rihanna reschedules Anti World Tour to March
According Live Nation on Wednesday (Mar 23), the Canadian singer will no longer be joining Rihanna on tour “due to some unforeseen changes with upcoming projects.”
The Weeknd “has hit a stride on his new album and decided not to interrupt the process,” a source tells Billboard.

The “Can’t Feel My Face” singer was due to support the Anti World Tour with Big Sean starting from June 11 in Amsterdam until the tour wraps up on August 12 in Zurich.

Travis Scott has currently been opening for Rihanna in the North American leg of the tour, while Drake has also made some surprise appearances to “Work” the crowd with his partner in crime RiRi.
