It’s time for Taiwan to shine as it introduces the first ever home-grown EDM festival to the vigorous dance scene of Asia.
LOOPTOPIA Festival is a two-day multi-stage dance and entertainment bash taking place on April 8-9, 2017 in the lush grasslands of the Taoyuan Pushin Ranch,Β Taoyuan City, 30 minutes from central Taipei.

With fifteen years in the making, you can expect nothing but a big debut, not to mention diverse and star-studded. LOOPTOPIA will showcase sounds from over 40 international DJs and 20 regional acts across the spectrum of electronic music.
The announced phase 1 lineup bursts with the world’s top talents like Martin Garrix, Markus Schulz, Aly & Fila, KSHMR, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and Yellow Claw.

It’s not all house and trance, of course. Expect hardstyle from iconic producer Brennan Heart and Coone, psytrance from Ben Nicky, dubstep from Skrillex-vetted NGHTMRE, or bass from Miami duoΒ G.T.A.
The Kris Kross Amsterdam trio will bring everything from dancehall to trap to R&B while Wiwek is set to make the festival truly wild with his trailblazing jungle terror sound.

Finally, rounding up the first wave of performers are Dyro, Mattn, Mark Sixma, Dirtcaps, Snails,Β Wildstylez, Tony Junior, Orjan Nilsen, and Charming Horses.
Although inspired by other all-encompassing and fully immersive international festivals like Mysteryland, Tomorrowland and Electric Daisy Carnival, LOOPTOPIA is set to offer a unique experienceΒ like no other.
Ravellers will be offered an array of activities and lifestyle offerings such as interactive art installations, yoga and an aboriginal arts centre as well as a foodie’sΒ selection of food trucks and delicacies from some of the islandβs most esteemed eateries.
