Grammy-winning hard rock act Wolfmother are confirmed to open Guns N’ Roses Not In This Life Time Tour in Singapore on February 25 at Changi Exhibition Centre.
The Sydney trio will be joining their predecessors in Singapore after supporting the Australian leg of the tour with Rose Tattoo from February 11-21.
Led by vocalist, guitarist and founding member Andrew Stockdale, Wolfmother’s current lineup features bassist and keyboardist Chris Ross and drummer Myles Heskett.
Since their eponymous debut album in 2005, Wolfmother have amassed a global fanbase, played to packed-house crowds around the world, delivered show-stealing sets at star-studded festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza and Reading and Leeds.
The band has earned three Australia’s prestigious ARIA Awards and a Grammy for Best Hard Rock Performance, being the first Australian band in 25 years to win the category.
Over the years, Wolfmother’s music has been described as hard rock, heavy metal, blues rock, stoner rock and psychedelic rock. With last year’s Victorious, the trio returned to the scene with what critics acclaimed their best and most thrilling sound to date. Here’s the titular single, “Victorious”.
One of the best-selling rock bands of all time, Guns N’ Roses are making their Singapore debut this February 25. Founder Axl Rose and former members, Slash and Duff McKagan have regrouped for one of the century’s most anticipated world tours.
