Tomorrowland Winter 2021, which would have taken place in March next year, has been quietly cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Tomorrowland Winter 2021 has been cancelled, in what is perhaps one of the first festivals to be cancelled next year due to the global pandemic.

In a statement released earlier today on the Tomorrowland website,

“Tomorrowland Winter 2021 cannot take place due to the uncertain circumstances created by COVID-19. Organizing a festival such as Tomorrowland Winter requires a lot of preparation, both by the organisers and local partners, as well as by you, the People of Tomorrow.
Considering the current lack of prospects for the coming months, Tomorrowland has no choice but to not organize a Tomorrowland Winter edition in 2021.”

Ticket holders will be contacted regarding refunds.

The 2020 edition of Tomorrowland Winter was cancelled and postponed earlier this year in March, and now fans will be missing out on the festival for two years straight. An event cancellation in the next year is indicative of how uncertain the entertainment industry is in the future.

Tomorrowland Winter brings the People of Tomorrow the adventure of a lifetime as they party and ski in the beautiful surroundings of the French Mountains of Alpe d’Huez. Situated at an altitude of 2,000 meters, the festival has become a great party destination for a great winter holiday.
