The Norwegian band who were due to play in Singapore for the first time ever next month, has now cancelled their show.
Known for their hits such as ‘Take On Me’ and ‘Cry Wolf’, it looks like another long wait and some yearning before Singapore will get to hear them live.
A statement on Facebook by both music label Warner Music Singapore and promoter Mode Productions was put up this morning:
“Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) proliferation concerns, we regret to announce that A-HA HUNTING HIGH AND LOW LIVE IN SINGAPORE which was scheduled on 21 March 2020 at Singapore Turf Club (Kranji) has been cancelled.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused and seek your understanding that the decision was made to ensure the safety and health of fans, artists, audience and staff remain our top priority during this crucial period.
Customers who have made purchases to the show will have their purchase refunded in full via SISTIC. They will be contacted by SISTIC regarding ticketing refunds within 10 working days.
