DJ duo Eli & Fur have shared their radiant electro-pop single, ‘Burning’, featuring London-based songwriter Camden Cox. The energetic yet atmospheric tune is out now via Positiva Records.
Hot off their debut album, Found In The Wild, last year, Eli & Fur return to UK house label Positiva Records with ‘Burning’. The new track features infectious vocals from London-based singer Camden Cox.
The duo comments,
“Getting in the studio together in LA was amazing. We love Camden’s voice and were so excited to work together. The song came together really quickly. We are all on the same wavelength music wise and wanted to create something uplifting to dance to and with feeling. We finished the song in a day and continued remotely on the production until we were all happy. We are so excited to share this track!”
Camden Cox adds,
“It’s crazy because we are all British girls but we met up 5000 miles away from home, and wrote this in the Spotify studio in West Hollywood! The song is about shallow perceptions of your relationship from the outside. It might not be perfect but only the people in it know how good it really is, and won’t run away from the first sign of danger”.
Eli & Fur (real names Eliza Noble and Jennifer Skillman) have toured around the world, performing at the biggest festivals including Coachella, Tomorrowland, and Glastonbury. With a background in songwriting, the pair write and produce tracks on their own.
‘Burning’ follows their recent collaboration with dance music trio Disciples on ‘The Pressure’.
Camden Cox’s vocal work has earned her over 45 million streams, and has worked with the likes of Craig David, Solardo, and Tiesto.
