Calling all BOICES! Korean pop quarter CNBLUE are bringing CNBLUE Asia Tour 2017 Between Us to Southeast Asia!
The upcoming tour is band’s first tour since their Come Together tour last year and Bangkok will be one of the seven stops that the band will be bringing their brand new tour to. Catch them live on Sunday, August 13 at Impact Arena Muang Thing Thani.
The Between Us Tour is the band’s first tour since last year’s Come Together Tour. It is in support of CNBLUE’s latest EP 7ºCN, which features namesake hit single “Between Us” (“헷갈리게”). Upon its release on March 20, 7ºCN topped iTunes charts in Asia and Russia while ranking No. 2 in England, Australia and Chile, and No. 3 in the US. The number 7 in the album title also marks the band’s 7th anniversary.
CNBLUE were formed in 2009. The lineup consists of Jung Yonghwa (leader, guitar, main vocals, rap), Lee Jonghyun (guitar, vocals), Kang Minhyuk (drums), and Lee Jungshin (bass, rap), and they released their debut Japanese mini-album Now or Never in 2009.
CN is an initialism for Code Name, while BLUE is a backronym for burning, lovely, untouchable, and emotional; it is meant to portray the images of Jonghyun, Minhyuk, Jungshin and Yonghwa, respectively. In January 2010, CNBLUE debuted in South Korea with the lead single “I’m a Loner” from their first Korean mini album Bluetory.
