The upcoming Ministry concert in Singapore has been cancelled, organiser LAMC Productions announced today.

The New York industrial metal greats were originally scheduled to make their Singapore debut on Wednesday, October 4 at Zepp @ Bigbox alongside fellow industrial rockers Filter as special guests.

In a brief statement LAMC Productions cited “circumstances beyond control”.

All ticket holders are eligible for refund. SISTIC customers can get refunds from August 23-September 3 on weekdays (12pm-8pm) or Saturdays (12pm-4pm). The service will be closed on Sunday and public holidays.

Those who have paid via credit card will be refunded directly to their credit card. They will need o check their statement for the following month for the refund. For more information, contact your point of purchase accordingly.


Update (4.58pm): Filter have released a statement apologising to fans in Asia and Australia, asserting that it is “not [their] fault”.

“Ministry couldn’t make it work for whatever reason,” the band told Australia’s The Music. “We love [Ministry frontman] Al [Jourgensen] and company but this really sucks.”
