Eastern Margins is hitting the road again for the fourth edition of their ROAD 4 REDLINE tour, taking over eight cities across Malaysia, Vietnam, China, and Singapore in 2024. This isn’t just another tour – it’s a quest to blend East and South-East Asia’s most cutting-edge sounds and connect the dots between different cultural beats in a way that’s never been done before.

At its core, ROAD 4 REDLINE is about exploring the intersection of musical genres, merging influences, and sparking new collaborations. Eastern Margins, known for pushing musical boundaries, wants to bring a fresh twist to the “Hi-NRG” sounds that are taking the Asian music scene by storm. From high-energy beats to experimental soundscapes, this tour is all about distortion, the unexpected, and musical mutations.

Each of the eight stops on the tour is about collaboration, bringing together local and international talents in ways that promise to reshape the electronic music scene.

This year, fans will get to experience some seriously exciting pairings. The tour kicks off in Kuala Lumpur, where local acts like Lil’ Asian Thiccie, Mulan Theory, and Core Values join forces with the enigmatic Shelhiel and DJ Love. Expect an intense mix of genres, from high-octane beats to smooth yet punchy rhythms.

Next, the Two Shell duo, fresh off their debut album release, teams up with Eastern Margins for stops in Hanoi and Saigon. Alongside DJ Love and Jex Wang, local stars like Nodey and LOOP Collective will keep the energy flowing, pushing boundaries with their unique spins on electronic and experimental music.

As the tour heads into China, things get even more interesting with Billionhappy’s Shabby Club taking the stage in cities like Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Chengdu. The mix of new-school EDM, mutated rap, and Hyperpop promises to keep the crowd on its toes. Notable artists like Ninajirachi (from Australia) and Tonser will show off their electrifying takes on sound in some of the biggest cities in China.

The final leg of the journey lands in Singapore, where the tour will end with an exclusive event at High House, a unique 37th-story venue with stunning views of the Lion City’s skyline.

If you’re into music that challenges the norm and gives you something you won’t hear anywhere else, ROAD 4 REDLINE is your chance to experience that firsthand. With a lineup of both legendary pioneers and up-and-coming stars, you can expect cutting-edge performances that blend electronic music, rap, Hyperpop, and everything in between.

Whether you’re into mind-bending beats, high-energy EDM, or experimental pop, this is the tour to catch in 2024. You don’t want to miss the chance to be part of this cultural and musical experiment as Eastern Margins brings a new wave of music to East Asia and beyond.
