Xile are a heavy hardcore band from Grafton, New Zealand, consisting of Luke Manson on vocals, Dylan Cameron and Simon Bonner on guitar, Jai Morrow on drums, and Lee Waddingham on bass. Their style has been described as reminiscent of their compatriot heavyweights like The Burial and Promise of Bloodshed with a tinge of European beatdown of Nasty and Malevolence.

Lyrically the band explores different subjects from religious discontent to the violent state of our modern world, mixed in with darker themes of Slayer-influenced murderous escapades. Xile released their EP Grafton last year. Here’s “Warzone”.
