What do you get when you mix a legendary train station, a superstar lineup, and a crowd of over 2,600 people? A history-making concert that officially crowned Bangkok as the new creative capital of Asia.

On July 9, Thai rapper MILLI led the finale of 88rising’s Road to FAM Southeast Asian Tour—an electrifying night that also marked the debut of FAM Studios at Cloud11 and the first-ever public concert held at Bangkok’s Hua Lamphong Railway Station. Yes, you read that right—a train station turned into a concert venue.

The event wasn’t just about music. It was part of the SPLASH – Soft Power Forum 2025, hosted by Thailand’s Creative Culture Agency (THACCA). Designed to spotlight Thailand as Asia’s next cultural powerhouse, this forum brought together innovation, art, and entertainment—and Road to FAM was its official music program.

FAM, short for Future Asian Music, is 88rising’s platform dedicated to pushing Asia’s next generation of stars into the spotlight. The tour began in May 2025, covering Manila, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta, before uniting the region’s best in Bangkok. Powered by Levi’s®, the tour’s grand finale was more than a concert—it was a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and cultural pride.

Headlining the night was none other than MILLI—yes, the MILLI who made headlines for eating mango sticky rice on stage at Coachella 2022. With fans screaming her name at Hua Lamphong, she performed a mix of unreleased and newly dropped tracks, including “Sick With It” (performed live before it even hit streaming), “One Punch,” and “Menace.” As expected, she didn’t just perform—she owned the stage.

The lineup was stacked with some of Asia’s most promising voices:

  • RAMENGVRL (Indonesia): Set the stage on fire with “Cashmere” and “Vaselina”—proving why she’s a powerhouse in Indonesian rap.
  • ZAMAERA (Malaysia): Fierce, fast, and unforgettable—her anthems “Helly Kelly” and “Big Fish” turned the crowd up to eleven.
  • FARIZ JABBA (Singapore): Got personal and poetic with “Day One” and “X Games,” showcasing a mix of heart and hype.

But it wasn’t just the regional headliners who delivered. Thai artists made sure their home turf shined just as bright:

  • Flower.far: Melted hearts with smooth R&B vocals on “Like a Fool.”
  • GALCHANIE: Brought TikTok vibes to life with her viral hit “Baby Tee.”
  • PROXIE: The six-member T-pop group had fans jumping to “Traffic.”
  • WAYDAY & IAM Showcase: Spotlighted rising local names like Sammy Niche, EYE (EYERICE), and Prell Rattanaporn.

Celebrities, influencers, and fellow artists all turned up. From Thai actors Tayme Thapthimthong and Silvy Pavida to regional stars like GANGGA, Yung Raja, and Jean Seizure—the finale drew a crowd that knew music and style. Speaking of style, Levi’s® was on-site with custom pop-ups, tailoring fits for the artists, while tech brand Nothing debuted its slick Headphone (1). Yes, this concert even had a tech drop.

While the finale ended the tour, it also marked a beginning: the launch of FAM Studios at Cloud11, 88rising’s creative hub for Southeast Asia’s next-gen music community. The space will serve as a playground for collaboration, production, and global connections—all starting in Bangkok.
