The British singer-songwriter who was set to play in the region in March, has decided to postpone his gigs to August.
Affected cities include Singapore, Taipei, Hong Kong, Seoul and Tokyo. Unfortunately, as his shows in Bangkok and Manila were part of a festival, those appearances would not be rescheduled.
“It is with a heavy heart, and after lengthy deliberation that I am regretfully postponing my headline shows in Asia this month. Both I and my team feel that due to escalating health and travel concerns related to the Coronavirus, putting on shows in certain countries at this point would be irresponsible.
I will still be performing at Java Jazz Festival, and Dubai Jazz festival. All other shows are in the process of being rescheduled to August ~ new dates will be announced soon! I will unfortunately no longer be performing at Wanderland Festival in The Philippines or VERY Festival in Bangkok.
Ticket holders will be emailed new dates from their point of sale, refunds will of course be offered if you cannot make the new date. I am so sorry if you have already booked travel, or time off work.
Please know that this is not a decision I have made lightly. ♥ In the two and a half years since I have been touring heavily, I haven’t missed a single show ~ despite losing my voice or being injured or logistical problems. The current situation however is out of my control. I know it sucks but I promise I will make it up to you all in August. In the meantime keep safe and strong. Lots of love, Bruno 🪐 xx”
