Disco Diaries brings the funk to Bangkok’s charming Paradise Lost bar

A jam-packed evening full of disco and house music magic awaits this Saturday at the top of Bangkok’s Paradise Lost rooftop bar of Siam@Siam Design Hotel.

Bangkok continues to throw fun, eventful parties at unique locations and this weekend is no exception.

Event organizer Late Night Bangkok’s renowned Disco Diaries series will be making a bombastic return this Saturday, October 17, 2020. They will be hosting the next edition at Bangkok’s newly opened snazzy rooftop bar Paradise Lost.

The distinctive two-floor pastel pink tropical bar, located on the 25th floor of the Siam@Siam boutique hotel, serves as the perfect setting for the discotastic event (or as the Facebook event page states – “This venue just screams DISCO”).

The bar’s tropical Miami-esque setting, decorated with bright pink tiles and creamy yellow couches, includes refreshing, colorful cocktails and some of the best panoramic views Bangkok. Head upstairs where the vibrant yellow neon sign and DJ booth with Funktion-One sound system is situated and what more could you ask for getting the groove on?

Paradise Lost

To make the weekend even more memorable, the event also offers staycation packages where you can book and rest at one of the hotel’s fabulous rooms. Hotel guests will be treated to early check-in at noon along with an exclusive pool party and private after-party.

Regular tickets can be purchased via Ticketmelon here. General tickets cost THB850 and can be bought as a group pass for four people at THB3,000. Tickets at the door will cost THB1,000. All attendees can grab a free drink before 7.30pm.

The event will adhere to COVID-19 safety regulations in order to ensure the safety of all attendees.

After first hosting their events on Sundays at Tropic City, Bangkok’s first tropical bar, Disco Diaries has been a popular event series where attendees can enjoy food and drinks, and dance to the sounds of disco and house music played by some of the city’s best local DJs.

They have expanded their events to other locations in Bangkok such as the food and entertainment hub 72 Courtyard/Beam nightclub and EmQuartier’s Escape rooftop bar as well as hosting a disco-centric stage at this year’s Kolour in the Park festival (which featured legendary house music DJ Mousse T.) and a boat party in celebration of their two-year anniversary.
