In support of their latest studio album, Sacred Hearts Club, the tour marks the second time Foster The People will perform in Manila and Singapore after their outing in 2012. The band will also be playing a string of shows in Taiwan, Japan and China.
Formed in 2009, Foster The People are Mark Foster, Sean Cimino, Isom Innis, and Mark Pontius. The band rose to fame with viral hit “Pumped Up Kicks” that Foster wrote and shared on his website for free. The band’s debut album Torches garnered three Grammy nominations, including Best Alternative Album, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best Short Form Music Video.
