Hailee Steinfeld is “finally” setting foot in Manila, after describing in an interview last year about how much she’s been wanting to visit the Philippines.

The Filipino-American actress and singer tweeted Wednesday that she will be visiting the country next month. Her intimate live show is expected to be held on April 6, though Universal Music Philippines has yet to confirm.

Nominated for an Oscar at thirteen for her first Hollywood role in True Grit, Steinfeld has
starred in several hit films, including Begin Again, Ender’s Game, the 2013 adaptation of Romeo & Juliet, and the most recent, Pitch Perfect 2.

Now nineteen, Steinfeld debuted her first single “Love Myself” last year, followed by the release of first EP Haiz which features hits like “You’re Such A” and “Rock Bottom”.
