Following the release of their track, ‘Method’, earlier this week, rock duo Sleater-Kinney’s 10th studio album, Path of Wellness is out now.
Path of Wellness, the 10th album by influential indie rock duo Sleater-Kinney is out now via Mom+Pop. Earlier this week, the pair shared a lyric video for ‘Method’.
‘Method’ is described as “a scrappy plea for tenderness, a grasp at vulnerability in times that require toughness and armor.”
The track follows the first two singles, ‘Worry With You’ and ‘High In The Grass’.

Sleater-Kinney will also make an appearance on the weekly news and entertainment program Path of Wellness with host Charles Hewett.
The show will feature in-depth interviews, four live performances from the group’s new album, and an expert weighing in on the band’s future prospects. Viewers will glean insight into their songwriting process, their time in the recording studio, and the meaning behind some of their songs. The show also tracked down members Corin Tucker and Carrie Brownstein’s fathers for exclusive interviews.
Audiences will be able to watch the show live on Amazon Music’s Twitch Channel and in Amazon Music’s mobile app, with Brownstein and Tucker weighing in via live-stream for commentary about their experience making the show and also playing a few additional songs live.
