XTIE, (pronounced X-T) is making headlines with her latest single, “Lost in Between.” In just one week, the music video has surpassed 100,000 views on YouTube, showcasing her undeniable talent. Even more impressive, “Lost in Between” has entered the first round of voting for the GRAMMY Awards in the “Best Dance Pop Recording” category.

What makes this track special? It’s a collaboration that brings together influences from Asia and Northern Europe, featuring Finnish artist Anniina. XTIE took the lead in writing and producing the song, working with an all-female creative team. This achievement highlights the creative potential of Asian artists in a global music landscape often dominated by English-speaking countries.

“Thrilled!! We are qualified for the GRAMMY first round voting! It’s an honor to be listed among amazing artists like Ariana Grande, Charli XCX, and Porter Robinson in the Best Dance Pop Recording category!” XTIE expressed her excitement about the nomination.

But there’s more! XTIE released her new single “Crying on the Plane” on October 11th. This track pushes boundaries, blending liquid drum and bass with her pop style. The song originated as a fun experiment when she shared a snippet on Instagram, and the overwhelming response convinced her to develop it into a full track.

“Crying on the Plane” draws inspiration from the challenges of long-distance relationships. XTIE recorded real aircraft sounds during her travels to evoke the emotions of missing loved ones while flying.
