‘Sink In’ marks Tirzah’s second single this year, after the English singer surprised fans last month with ‘Send Me’.

The release of both songs hint at a second studio album in the works. ‘Sink In’ and ‘Send Me’, are Tirzah’s new material since her 2018 debut album, Devotion.

Co-written alongside long-term collaborators Coby Sey and Mica Levi, the track is largely instrumental, and displays Tirzah’s stylistic and ambiguous approach to lyricism.

Tirzah has also shared the music video for the song with a choregraphed dance by Lewis Walker and Tylor Deyn.

Last month, Tirzah returned to the release radar with ‘Send Me’. Mixmag called the single, “sparse, heart-wrenching and sumptuous”, while Clash describes the tune as “raw, yet soulful.”
