Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, the 16th edition of Tomorrowland Belgium will not be taking place this year via a new official statement released by the festival organizers.
Tomorrowland will not be taking place this year due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
In a statement released via the festival’s social media channels,
“Dear People of Tomorrow, it is with heavy heart that our organization must announce that the 16th edition of Tomorrowland Belgium cannot take place in 2021. The entire team fought till the end and did everything in its powers to write a new chapter in the history of Tomorrowland.”
Ticketholders for the festival will be personally contacted by the festival in regards to refunds.

The cancellation marks the second year in a row in which the festival cannot take place. Last year, the festival’s 2020 iteration was postponed due to the banning of large scale events by the Belgian National Security Council.
Tomorrowland 2021 was originally scheduled to take place at the end of July this year.
In March, the festival moved the dates to August 27-29 and September 3-5. The festival had remained hope

However, People of Tomorrow can still look forward to their online ‘Around the World’ event which is set to go live on Friday, July 16 – Saturday, July 17, 2021.
Confirmed artists that will be a part of this year’s virtual festivities include Adam Beyer, Armin van Buuren, Claptone, Nicky Romero, and Tale of Us.
