Adele is caught fangirling over the Spice Girls again, and this time leaving Mel B “flattered” and “speechless”.
The 28-year-old English powerhouse’s most recent impromptu was a cover of “Spice Up Your Life” during her Amsterdam gig.
Not again: Adele forgot lyrics to her own song
“Oh, stop it. I’m not a Spice Girl,” she exclaimed before bringing out her inner Spice Girl. The crowd roared and cheered with chants of “let’s go.”

Undoubtedly, the performance drew positive feedback. The Spice Girls praised the “Send My Love (To Your New Lover)” singer for her acknowledgement of the 90’s pop stars. Geri Halliwell and Mel C themselves, even shared the video.
“I’m very kind of flattered,” says Mel B in a conference call for NBC’s America’s Got Talent. “I think all of us are. It’s great. It leaves me speechless a little bit.”

Earlier this year, the ten-time Grammy winner was seen having her first public Spice Girls moment when she sang “Wannabe” in a carpool karaoke session with fellow Brit James Corden.
Victoria Beckham praised the musical segment, “HUGE Adele fan!! This is GENIUS!!! Thank u @adele and @jkcorden #ilovemyspicegirls.”
“I love Adele. I love the fact that she kind of tips her hat off to us and gives us props. I mean who isn’t a fan of Adele? So, to know that she’s a fan of the Spice Girls is definitely one for the books,” says Mel B.
Adele is currently travelling in Europe for her sold-out world tour, with last stops at Paris and Antwerp. The singer will commence the North American leg of her tour in July at Minnesota, and will be concluding her tour in November at Mexico City.
