Turns out Shawn Mendes is going to treat us better.
Fresh off his first headlining concert in Manila, or what was thought of as his only stop in the region, Shawn Mendes announced today he’s coming back for Southeast Asian leg 2.0 of the Illuminate World Tour. The lucky cities? Singapore and Bangkok.

The “Treat You Better” crooner will perform at Singapore’s The Star Theatre on December 9. Tickets are SGD88, 128 and 168, going on sale through ApacTix on May 12.
The Bangkok show is happening at Impact Arena Muang Thong Thani on December 11. Tickets, going at THB2,000, 3,000, 4,000 and 5,000 will go on sale through Thai Ticket Major‘s website, outlets and hotline 022623838 from May 12.
General Fan Club members can get their hands on pre-sale tickets between May 5 (10am) and May 11 (11.59pm) local time. Download ShawnAccess App through www.shawnaccess.com to be eligible.
Mendes will also make his debut in Hong Kong and Tokyo while in Asia. The newly announced Asia shows follow his five-date Australian tour which wraps up in Perth on December 6.

A Vine star made good, Shawn Mendes rose to international fame with debut studio album Handwritten, which features hit single “Stitches” that reached the top 10 in the US and Canada, and No. 1 in the UK and Norway. The followup album, Illuminate, out September 2016, is led by singles “Treat You Better” and “Mercy”.
