Ape Rave Club, a digital artist from the Bored Ape Yacht Club NFT collection, will make their first live appearance at the main stage of Tomorrowland.

Ape Rave Club will join the top headliners of the festival on the Tomorrowland main stage on July 24 as part of the second weekend.

The digital artist will share the main stage alongside Alesso, Martin Garrix, Tiësto, Marshmello, Alan Walker, Armin van Buuren, Steve Aoki, among others.

This marks the first time an NFT (read: not an actual person) will be performing at the world’s largest EDM festival.

Ape Rave Club comes from Bored Ape Yacht Club, the highest-profile and fastest-growing NFT community whose members already include some of the biggest names in all of music and entertainment including Steph Curry, Shaquille O’Neal, Serena Williams, Mark Cuban, Justin Bieber, Eminem, Kevin Hart, and Paris Hilton.

Fans will be able to own a part of the artist through a crypto token which they “could dictate Ape Rave Club’s artistic direction.

600,000 attendees from over 200 countries are expected to be at Tomorrowland 2022.

This year’s edition will feature a special theme named “The Reflection of Love“, taking place on three weekends – July 15-17, 22-24 and 29-31.
