You might remember hearing their 2018 hit song ‘Time’ on the popular Netflix series 13 Reasons Why, or recently on the Hulu series Love, Victor.

The song was featured on the soundtrack of Season 2 of 13 Reasons Why, and was also spotted on the fifth episode of Love, Victor.

First coming into the scene in mid 2010s, Colouring soon signed on to Interscope Records in 2015. The following year, the band released their first songs ‘In Motion’ and ‘Phase 1’, followed closely by ‘About You’ and ‘Comfort Now’, before putting everything into the EP Symmetry – which also saw them tackle Marvin Gaye’s ‘I Heard It Through The Grapevine’.

In 2017, the band also supported The 1975 on their North American Tour.

The previous single release in February this year, a cover to Bonnie Raitt’s ‘I Can’t Make You Love Me’ has had over 300k spins on Spotify, while the vibe-saturated and pulsating ‘Oh My God!’, released in September last year and was also included on the FIFA 20 soundtrack, has had over a million spins.

Whether giving us those colourful electropop and dance vibes and setting them ‘In Motion’, or smouldering our hearts in the smooth vocals of ‘Heathen’, there is always something to look forward to in the beautiful colours of Colouring.

In this case, blue. All pantones of it.

Their latest song ‘Beautiful Life’ is by far the best one yet!

Listening to it, and you immediately get caught up in its beautiful moment – which shines so bright…

It is such a beauty…

In fact, listening to it and I feel almost too scared to touch its precious colours…its textures, to close my eyes and feel its moment wrapped around me in a warm and quiet embrace… 💙💙
