Lifestyle and entertainment brand MDLBEAST launches a new record label for musical talent across the Arab region. To celebrate the announcement, their first release is an artist showcase album, ‘Soundstorm Volume 1’ as a nod to the brand’s ‘Soundstorm’ music festival.

MDLBEAST continues to develop their brand by launching their brand new record label, MDLBEAST Records, for artists across the Arab region.

The first release is a carefully curated showcase album of forward thinking music from global superstars named Soundstorm Volume 1 as a nod to the brand’s own game changing festival.

The first single from the album, ‘Ringtone’ by R3HAB, comes with its own MV and will be released on February 26 while the full album arrives in April.

Soundstorm Vol. 1 features tracks by superstars such as Salvatore Ganacci, BUTCH, and Afrojack as well as local talents suc as Cosmicat.

MDLBEAST Records plan to nurture the best recording artists, DJs and producers within the Middle East that will eventually grow into a series of imprints and sub labels focusing on genres ranging from deep house and techno to EDM and afrobeat. The label also aims to release music from big global DJs.

MDLBEAST Records will also follow up with additional Soundstorm volumes later in the year along with a radio show, playlists, a ‘Ringtone’ remix challenge, and much more.

MDLBEAST is the promoter of Soundstorm, a new festival for the Middle East that began with its first edition in December 2019. The festival featured international talent including David Guetta, Martin Garrix, R3hab, Steve Aoki, Tiësto, and Afrojack. The brand are also behind the popular virtual festival ‘Freqways’ last year.
