Back for its third installment, Jai Thep Festival is a grassroots celebration of music and art with a green heart happening on Friday-Sunday, February 2-4, 2018 at Lanna Rock Garden, Ban Pong.
This will be Jai Thep’s third installment and its biggest one yet, with the expansion to three days and the addition of a full camping area. Across 40 rai and five stages, the weekender promises everything from funk, soul, electro house, ambient, New Age, reggae, Thai folk to theatre.

The local and international artists billed are, for the main Jai The Stage, Stylish Nonsense, Srirajah Rockers, Yamin, Kenda Rae, Madboy Mink whereas Broken Note, We Are Nuts!, Ikono and Puretek will be taking on the state-of-the-art Synergy Stage.
Cutting-edge music makers from Europe and Asia will rub shoulders as Alex Cruz, Crussen, Rosie G, Nayla and DJ Sangkasi join the Karma Stage. Rezo, Jerome Doudet, Yantra Mandir and Linh Ha will provide soothing beats and ambient soundscapes to those who seek sanctuary by the riverside Chill Out Stage.

There’s always more than the music: the Home Stage stands out as the only stage to exclusively offer theatrical performances and talks. Catch a fiery performance by the Flowmads, a TED Talk-style event, Seeds of Interest (SOI), Ryan Milbourne’s Bitcoin: An Introduction to Crypto-anarchy, among other workshops.
