Ahead of their upcoming album Loving In Stereo, Jungle have dropped yet another lit single – ‘Talk About It’
The disco decadence of Jungle’s latest single ‘Keep Moving’ ignited a phenomenal reaction as it heralded the August 13 release of their eagerly anticipated third album Loving In Stereo. It debuted as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record in the World and massive global streaming support with 10 playlist covers, 38 New Music Fridays and 92 New Music Daily adds.

Now, Jungle extend their mission to soundtrack a new summer of love by sharing the follow-up single, “Talk About It”, together with a characteristically exuberant official video. Kicking off with a classic breakbeat and a dub-flavoured bass line, the ecstatic and spontaneous “Talk About It” exudes all of the things that make Jungle’s music irresistibly fun, with a huge sing-along-hook, sparking mirrorball synths, and a pulse-racing rhythmic rush.
Jungle shares of the song,
“‘Talk About It’ is the second single from our 3rd LP ‘Loving In Stereo’ and it definitely gives listeners another taste of the energy we’ve delivered on this album. The bass riff and drum break were recorded very early on during the process of making this record and it was one of the songs where we really bottled the essence of the idea from very early on and not over-work it. The video is high energy and was one of the last we shot during the week of filming. You can see that the dancers are at their limit and that gives an incredible atmosphere to the performances.”
The producer duo (J and T) wrote the song with their friend and collaborator Inflo, the Mercury Prize and Ivor Novello winner noted for his work with Michael Kiwanuka and Little Simz. They had previously collaborated together on ‘Casio’, the most streamed track (50 million+) from their second album For Ever.
Jungle are renowned for their visual aesthetic, and the ‘Talk About It’ video is every bit as memorable as previous favourites. In a playful twist on the song title, it depicts a counselling session in an otherwise empty sports hall. As emotions run high and conflict builds, the participants instead express themselves and find catharsis in the physicality of their choreography.
The video is delivered in one-take, which is a stunning achievement given the intensity of the performance. It was directed by J Lloyd and Charlie Di Placido and was choreographed by Nathaniel Williams and Cece Nama. Williams is the choreographic brains behind Stormzy’s iconic Glastonbury and BRITs live performance, and recently created a piece for Pa Salieu’s live performance for Jimmy Fallon.
In their career to date, Jungle have performed in multiple continents, headlining shows from Kuala Lumpur to Moscow, while also winning new fans at festivals such as Coachella, Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza. Jungle’s international following is extensive.
Their Mercury Prize-nominated, Gold-certified debut and 2018’s follow-up ‘For Ever’ both entered the UK Top 10. Those two records have since amassed close to a billion streams.
