Utrecht-based talent Kasper Koman and Hamburg’s Matthias Meyer have reworked Guy Mantzur and Khen’s 2019 hits, ‘My Golden Cage’ and ‘Where Is Home’.

The remix pack is available to stream via John Digweed’s Bedrock Records and for purchase via the label’s Bandcamp page.

The two-track EP follows the label’s previous releases such as Kohra and Framewerk’s Forge remix compilation and Outcome and Philipp Straub’s Lyra EP.

Kasper Koman’s ‘4AM Remix’ of ‘My Golden Cage’ follows his ‘6AM Reprise’ version of the track that was featured in the label’s QUATTRO II compilation album.

This warm rework, perfect for that early morning feel, features a driving ambiance with several bass drops.

Meanwhile, Matthias Meyer’s remix for ‘Where Is Home’ strips the original’s Balearic beat and playful, funky tone for a more serious take.

Dutch producer Kasper Koman has been releasing electronic dance music since 2008 including major singles such as ‘Possessed’ and ‘Tell Me’.

He has produced music ranging from trace, techno and house, and have gained support from the likes of Guy J, Hernán Cattaneo, Nick Warren, and Tim Engelhardt, among others.

Berlin-based artist Matthias Meyer has been in the music industry for over 15 years, with his work catching the attention and support from Anjunadeep, Cristoph, Pete Tong, and Hot Since 82.

He has played at events and venues including Australia’s Strawberry Fields, Ibiza’s Pacha, Hï, and Heart, as well as Berlin’s Mixmag Lab and Boiler Room.

His two-track Lacuna EP with Xinobi, released last October, gained over 120,000 streams.
