After a stellar first edition in Bangkok back in March, MAYA Music Festival is returning once again on February 20, 2016. And this time they’re taking their a-MAYA-zing sets and stellar lineup Pattaya, Chonburi.
Headlining the festival on EDM Stage are Grammy-winning Dutch DJ and producer Tiësto and his fellow countrymen Dash Berlin, an EDM trio consisting of Eelke Kalberg, Sebastiaan Molijn and Jeffrey Sutorius, 2013’s tenth most popular DJ in the world according to DJ Mag.
Confirmed to join them on Live Stage are some of Thailand’s most prominent groups and soloists: Cocktail, Da Endorphine, Big Ass, 25 Hours, Potato and Thaitanium.
Tickets are available on MAYA’s official site, Counter Service and 7-Elevens across the country. The 3 types of tickets (General Admission, VIP 2 Level Zone and VVIP Table Zone) currently range from THB 2,200 to 3,000. “Currently” because there are 3 tiers of ticket sales. The closer it gets to the festival date, the higher the ticket price will be. Hurry before VIP tickets hit THB 5,000!
MAYA Music Festival is the first of its kind, aiming to give revellers the taste of Thai culture and the burst of sensational Western music. “Our goal is to preserve the stunning ancient Thai art,” the people behind the festival express, “then show it to the world and combine it with modern day music to create a mega festival for the world to join.”
