After 30 years of making unforgettable music, Danish rock legends Mew are saying their goodbyes — but not without one last celebration. Mew: The Farewell Show is coming to Moonstar Studio, Bangkok on November 14, 2025, and it’s set to be a night packed with nostalgia, emotion, and epic performances.
Formed in 1995, Mew — consisting of Jonas Bjerre (vocals), Silas Graae (drums), and Johan Wohlert (bass) — carved out a unique space in the music world. From their breakout album “Frengers” to the iconic “And the Glass Handed Kites”, and their latest release “Visuals” in 2017, Mew’s discography has been a soundtrack to many lives.
In an emotional statement, the band shared their reflections on three decades of music:
“30 years? Nobody in their right mind would have imagined us still being here back in 1995, when we started out, making noise in Jonas’ teenage bedroom. But we did! Maybe we were out of our minds, on a mission. We dared to dream, and dream big—together.”
This show is more than just a concert — it’s a celebration of everything Mew has built with their fans, lovingly referred to as Frengers (not quite friends, not quite strangers).
