Welp, better luck next time – Nothing But Thieves’ debut show in Manila has been cancelled, the band announced on Twitter Tuesday night.
“We’re gutted to have to inform you that unfortunately our show in Manila has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances,” they wrote.

The performance, slated for Sunday, January 21 at KIA Theatre, was to be the Essex rockers’ first one in South Asia after cancelling last year’s Under My Skin Tour in Singapore due to frontman Conor Mason’s larynx inflammation.

According to the band’s tweet, ticket holders can obtain refunds at the TicketNet Office at the Smart Araneta Coliseum until January 21.

TicketNet and promoter Ovation Productions have yet to issue a statement and refund information. Expect to hear from them on their respective social media pages.
Nothing But Thieves are currently in Asia to promote their 2017 LP Broken Machine. They have two more shows in Tokyo (Jan 17) and Seoul (Jan 19) before setting off for Europe.
