Another day in Bangkok, another mall launch. But the city’s latest establishment SHOW DC won’t have just any regular inauguration fete. The 265-million-dollar retail and entertainment complex is drawing on the megastar power of Psy, CNBLUE, AOA and Apink to top off its grand opening.

The K-pop powerhouses will be sharing a stage on April 11 in an outdoor street party, which is part of the SHOW DC Grand Opening Week that runs from April 10-16. The series of celebrations includes mini concerts from local artists and major electronic music festival S2O Songkran.

The organiser says there are no tickets available for the concert. We’re not sure if this means invite-only or fans can go about winning them somehow. If we were you, we’d keep a close watch on their Facebook and Twitter feeds. **Scroll down for updates**

Attendees can definitely expect more than K-pop music. SHOW DC dedicates its first floor to K-District, the world’s largest Koreatown outside of Korea and Thailand’s most extensive offering of Korean high-street fashion, beauty products, lifestyle items, groceries, and cafes. Perhaps Psy could check in on his noodle house located in the K-celebrity street food area after the gig?

The “Gangnam Style” singer will also get to represent his label YG Entertainment at the official launch of YG République, a rooftop hangout offering a Seoul-style dining and nightlife experience as well as a K-Pub, where fans can take a mini tour through the history of K-pop and YG artists while enjoying a variety of beers and pub grubs.

SHOW DC is located in the heart of Bangkok’s Rama 9 entertainment district and has a massive 150,000 square metre gross floor area. It is expected to draw over 100,000 locals and tourists per day.

Update (Mar 28): Fans can redeem concert tickets with SHOW DC receipts issued between March 27 and April 9. For details, visit SHOW DC’s official website.
