But that’s going to be history pretty soon as Spinnin’ Records’ Dutch-Turkish talent is the first lineup artist and headliner confirmed for North Fest 2017, Northern Thailand’s first and biggest music EDM festival.

Ummet Ozcan is known for major league big room collaborations such as “Revolution” (R3hab) and “The Hum” (Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike). He’s been supported by the likes of Sander van Doorn, Armin van Buuren and Hardwell, and is currently ranking No. 19 on DJ Mag‘s Top 100 DJs.
Iconic Clubbing Studio and TED Entertainment’s ambitious project, North Fest is happening in its second year on March 11-12 at Prasert Land, Chiang Mai, with the Oasis theme. Why wait till Songkran when March can get you “soaked with water, fun and energy”?

Last year the festival saw EDM brethren VINAI, Antwerp-based duo Jetfire, rising star Julian Jordan, and Seoul-hailing hottie DJ Soda joining Thailand’s very own DJ Sunzone, 22 Bullets and DJ Ono of Bangkok Invaders. Watch a recap video below.
