Alternative R&B singer Banks has cancelled both of her shows in Singapore and Jakarta, local promoters confirmed today, citing unforeseen circumstances.

“Due to unforeseen circumstances, BANKS Asia Tour is cancelled,” says the official statement released via promoters. “Tickets will be refunded at point of purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to reschedule as soon as possible.”

The tour includes Banks’ first full headline shows in Singapore on Tuesday, July 11 at Capitol Theatre and in Jakarta on Saturday, July 15 at The Establishment.

For Singapore, full refunds can be obtained through original mode of payment. For credit card payment, refund will be automatically credited to the same credit card used for the transaction. It will take 14 business days for refund to be processed.

Customers who paid by cash/NETS are to proceed to APACTix with their physical tickets and photo ID at the following address between Monday, June 5 to Sunday, June 11, 2017 for cash refund: APACTix, 2 Stadium Walk, Singapore Indoor Stadium, Singapore 397691 (Mon-Sat: 10am-8pm / Sun and Public Holidays: 12pm-8pm).
